Payment Terms
Pricing
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. GST will be charged as per Indian tax regulations.
Payment Methods
Billing Cycle
Subscription-based services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. One-time services are billed upon completion or as per the agreed milestone schedule.
Late Payments
Invoices are due within 15 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest charges at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed as per our Refund Policy. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as stated in your service agreement.
Intellectual Property Rights
Our IP
All content, features, functionality, software, code, designs, logos, and trademarks on our platform are owned by CloudRegex Infotech Pvt Ltd and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.
License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our services for your internal business purposes only.
Client IP
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all custom work products and deliverables created specifically for you under a paid service agreement will be owned by you upon full payment.
Third-Party Content
Our services may include third-party software or content. You acknowledge that such content is subject to the respective third-party licenses.

We understand the importance of confidentiality in business relationships:

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:
- • CloudRegex Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim
- • We are not liable for delays or failures due to force majeure events, including natural disasters, government actions, or internet failures
- • We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free service operation
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold CloudRegex Infotech harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
- • Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
- • Notify you via email to your registered email address
- • Post a prominent notice on our website
- • Provide at least 30 days notice for significant changes
Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
